Information you provide

Our enquiry form collects your name, email, phone number, city, product interests and requirements. Project enquiries can include company details, timing, drawings, BOQs and other files you choose to upload.

How it is used

SAYED uses this information to respond, prepare quotations and follow up on your requirements. Please share only information necessary for your enquiry and files you are authorised to provide.

Form delivery

Submissions are sent over HTTPS to FormSubmit, which processes them and emails them to 903793171@qq.com. Security checks may use Google reCAPTCHA. These providers may process information outside your country.

FormSubmit states that it retains submission data for 30 days and does not retain uploaded files in its submission archive. Email copies, including attachments, remain in SAYED’s business mailbox and may be retained for enquiry, quotation and business record purposes. There is no separate enquiry database on this website.

To ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion, email 903793171@qq.com. Some records may need to be retained for applicable business or legal requirements.

Website analytics

This website does not currently include advertising or analytics trackers. Hosting and form service providers may process technical logs for delivery, security and abuse prevention.
